We actively develop new talent through our full-time ROV Trainee Programme.
Our trainees undergo structured hands-on training in our workshop under the supervision of the ROV Technical team before progressing offshore as ROV Trainees. Many have since advanced to become fully qualified ROV Supervisors within our organisation. We are proud to grow and retain our own next generation of subsea professionals.
